DC is the AI coach inside DARCYCO Active. It is built on Claude by Anthropic. It reads your goal, your stats, your schedule and the equipment in your Space, and writes a four-week training block. It is not a person and no human reviews your program. More on how DC works.

No. DC builds around what you have, from one pair of dumbbells in a bedroom to a full commercial gym. You can save several Spaces and switch between them, for example a hotel gym when you travel.

Apple Health on iPhone and Health Connect on Android, both ways, for members. Garmin, WHOOP, Oura, Fitbit and Samsung all sync into those, so most watches and rings are covered.
