AI Disclosure
Last updated 27 October 2026
DC is an AI, not a person. It is built on Claude, a model made by Anthropic. No human reviews your program before you see it. You can turn DC off at any time.
What DC does
- Lists the equipment it can see in photos of your training space, for you to confirm.
- Writes a four-week training block from your goal, stats, experience, schedule and equipment. Weeks 2 to 4 follow set progression rules.
- Reviews your week each Sunday and adjusts the next one.
- Answers questions in chat, swaps exercises and gives form cues.
- Estimates the foods and portions in a meal photo, for you to confirm.
- Suggests calorie and macro targets, stretch routines and meal ideas.
- If you choose, describes visible differences between your physique photos and a goal photo (18 and over only).
What DC can't do
- It cannot examine you, diagnose anything or give medical advice. Pain, dizziness, chest symptoms or signs of disordered eating are referred to a professional.
- It cannot know what it cannot see, and it says so rather than guessing. It does not estimate body-fat percentage from photos.
- It can be wrong. It may misread equipment or a meal, or suggest something that does not suit you. Check what it lists, use your judgment, and use the easier option when unsure.
- It does not promise results or timelines. Any timeline is an estimate you can change.
- It does not recommend supplements or medication, and it will not set calories below a safe floor.
Checks we build in
- Every program is checked by our software against a fixed format before you see it. Every exercise must exist in our library, which includes easier and harder alternatives.
- Safety rules (age limits, calorie floors, medical redirects) are enforced in our code as well as in DC's instructions.
- We test changes to DC's instructions against a set of sample profiles before release.
- These are automated checks. A person does not review individual programs.
Your data
DC runs on our servers. We send Anthropic only what a request needs. Anthropic processes it to produce a response and does not use it to train its models. Equipment and meal photos are converted to text lists; the program designer works from that list, not your photos. Physique photos are sent only when you ask for a physique analysis. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Turning DC off
Go to Me → Settings → DC and switch it off. DC stops reading your data and making suggestions, and the app works as a manual workout logger, stretch timer and food diary. Your existing program stays in your history. You can switch DC back on whenever you like.
Fair use
Membership includes generous monthly limits on program generations, messages and meal photos so the service stays sustainable. If you reach one, DC tells you and shows when it resets.
Feedback
