Delete your account

You can delete your DARCYCO Active account and its data at any time, in the app or by email. Everything is gone within 30 days.

In the app

Open DARCYCO Active and sign in.
Tap your avatar (top right) to open Me.
Go to Settings → Delete account.
Confirm. You will be signed out straight away.

Want a copy first? Use Me → Settings → Export data before you delete.

By email

If you can't get into the app, email support@darcyco.com.au from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. If you signed in with Apple and hid your email, include your handle. We may ask you to confirm the request before we act on it, and we will reply to confirm once it is done.

Cancel your membership too. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in your store's subscription settings first so you are not charged again.

What we delete

Your account, profile, handle, sign-in details and settings
Goals, body stats, measurements, readiness answers and injury notes
Physique, goal, gym and meal photos
Workouts, sets, personal records, programs, stretch sessions and DC conversations
Food logs, nutrition targets and water logs
Data synced from Apple Health or Health Connect (the copy on your phone stays in Health; we cannot touch it)
Crew posts, comments, Props, follows and challenge entries
Active Points and unredeemed vouchers
Push tokens, device links and analytics linked to you

When

Your profile and posts disappear from Crew and share pages immediately.
Your data is removed from our live systems straight away where possible, and from every system, including backups and our service providers, within 30 days.

What we keep, and why

Records of payments and subscription events, for 5 years, because Australian tax law requires it. These contain no health data. Apple or Google also keep their own purchase records.
A minimal record of moderation action, if your account was suspended for breaking the rules, for up to 2 years, so the same person cannot immediately return.
Aggregated statistics that cannot identify you.
